Meet The A-Team

Why work with just one agent when you can work with a team, The Real Estate A-Team of EXIT Kingdom Realty. Comprised of founding members William Anthony Dean and Robert Schwendel, along with Morgan Miller, Foula Hapsis and Yves Vilain, the A-Team are all Licensed Real Estate Salespeople or Licensed Associate Brokers with EXIT Kingdom Realty. With many years of combined experience as REALTORS, the team has extensive knowledge and experience in New York City and Long Island real estate. This provides them a unique view of the real estate market and market trends that they are able to share with their clients to help them make the best decision for their needs and desires.  

The Real Estate A-Team's motto is Always Giving Back. Members of the team have been involved in their community by teaching and coaching sports to children with autism, serving as a Volunteer Firefighter, as well as volunteering as an Auxiliary Police Officer. William and Robert started the registered non-profit, Pink Cans 4 Cancer, which raises money for young women with breast cancer by collecting and recycling bottles and cans. William and Robert also participate yearly in the Young Survival Coalition's Tour de Pink charity bike ride, a three day event that raises funds for young women affected by breast cancer.
